Timeline
All volunteered presentations will be handled in a three-step process:
1)submission of an initial one-paragraph abstract,
2)notification of acceptance, and
3)submission of a final abstract for the proceedings.
Deadlines:
2 February 2009 – Submission of one-paragraph abstracts
1 April 2009 – Authors notified of acceptance
1 June 2009 – Two-page papers for publication in the proceedings
One-Paragraph Abstracts
The one-paragraph abstract will provide the organizing committee the title, authors, scope, and key findings of the research that you intend to report at the conference. You may indicate your preference for either a theater or poster presentation. Because there are a limited number of theater presentations, some requests for theater presentations will likely be accepted as poster presentations.
Abstracts are to be entered on either an Adobe PDF or Microsoft Word form available below and submitted via email to Glen Broderick (gbroderi@wisc.edu).

Two-Page Papers
After a one-paragraph abstract has been accepted, authors are to write a two-page paper for publication in the conference proceedings. The two-page papers need to be received by 1 June 2009 to ensure publication in the proceedings. Please email papers to Glen Broderick (gbroderi@wisc.edu).
